Toss together pork cubes and seasoning to coat. Thread pork cubes, onion and pepper pieces onto skewers. Grill on a medium-hot grill until pork is browned, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Tip: Everyone loves a picnic and you don’t need to head to the park to have one. Even if you don’t have a deck or patio, colorful blankets spread on the lawn (or in the living room!) create excitement for guests.
