Blend together preserves, mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly combined, about 3 minutes. Set aside. Grill ham steak over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes per side. Brush with glaze during last few minutes of grilling. Slice into portions for serving.
Tip: An old-fashioned barrel can become a clever trash bin for your next get-together…so much nicer than metal or plastic! Remember to tuck in a plastic liner to protect it.
