DIRECTIONS:
In a 3 quart saucepan, melt butter and cook onions until tender. Stir in flour, dry mustard and thyme. Add milk and broth and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in broccoli and ham and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and stir until melted.
* Note: This recipe can use your food storage items such as: powdered milk, powdered cheese, dried onions, and chicken bouillon.
** Pastry flour is wheat ground in a grinder on its finest setting.
