Ingredients

3 tablespoons apple juice
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
dash ground pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

Put the apple juice, vinegar, salt, garlic, and optional pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Add the oil and whisk until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Apple Vinaigrette will keep for 3 days.
