salad spinner
measuring spoons
medium bowl
tongs
serving plate
serrated knife, 5-inch
mandoline (optional, for thinly slicing onion)
Slice the lettuce into 1-inch strips. Wash and dry the strips using a salad spinner. Put the lettuce and the dressing in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving plate and top with the tomato, olives, and optional onion and pepper. Serve immediately.
