Chicken Noodle Soup


Serves: 4

Ingredients

5 cups hot water
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 (46-ounce) can chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1 teaspoon salt
15 baby carrots cut in thirds
3 cups egg noodles uncooked

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except egg noodles in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, stir in egg noodles. Cover and cook on low heat for an additional 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Makes 4~6 servings.

Serve with a salad of steamed fresh green beans, red onion, crumbled bacon, and parmesan cheese.
