Salsa Fever Soup


Serves: 6

Ingredients

3 cups Ortega Salsa Prima Mexican-Style salsa
6 cups beef broth
1/2 cup long grain white rice uncooked

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in greased 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover an cook on low heat 4-6 hours, or until rice is done. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.

Serve with warm flour tortillas and a side salad of cucumber, onion, and tomato.
