Ingredients

1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon coffee syrup
1 tablespoon chocolate-syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups coffee ice cream

Directions:

Place the milk, coffee syrup, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and banana in a blender and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the ice cream and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into wine goblets and garnish each by inserting an Espresso Brittle Shard (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in each smoothie.
