Pineapple, Banana, and Cherry Charmer

Ingredients

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 fresh pineapples wedges, with skin and cut 1/4-inch thick
2 bananas slices, with skin and cut 1/4-inch thick
2 small parsley sprigs
2 stemless maraschino cherries
2 (6-inch) wooden skewers

Directions:

Lightly brush the pineapple and banana with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.

Thread a wedge of pineapple on a skewer, about 1/3 up the skewer. Place a banana slice beside the pineapple, followed by the stem of a parsley sprig wrapped around the skewer, and finally by the cherry. Repeat with the remaining skewer.
