• Chop the dates and place them in a blender or food processor. Add part of the tofu and oil, and grind the mixture. Add more tofu and oil along with the stevia extract, vanilla, and bananas. Blend until creamy. Use the pulse button, stirring between pulses. If using a food processor, place all the ingredients in the container at once, and process until smooth.
• Spoon into dessert glasses or bowls. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
