• Place the carob powder and water in a small, heavy-bottomed pan. Cook at a low boil for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. If too thick. add a little more water.
• Place the carob syrup and all the other ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until creamy. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill in the refrigerator about 1 hour or more.
