Combine butter, agave, honey, egg, and vanilla in a bowl and beat until smooth. In another bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa. Add the dry ingredients to the already blended wet ingredients alternately with milk. Batter will be thick and sticky. Add the chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
