Beat together butter, agave, egg, and vanilla until smooth, then add remaining ingredients. Batter should be thick and not stick to your hands. If it is too sticky, add equal amounts of flour and oats until you reach the right consistency. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Cookies are ready when they are just beginning to turn golden but are still soft. If you take them out as this point they will stay soft even when they cool. If you bake them longer they will be a harder cookie.
