Blend peanut butter, honey, milk, egg, and vanilla together until the mixture is smooth. Then add the dry. Dough should be quite thick and sticky. If you are a chocolate lover you can add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa to the dough or add in some grain sweetened chocolate chips. From into balls and place on cookie sheet. This makes about 2 dozen small cookies. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cookies are ready when they are just beginning to get golden but are still soft to the touch. These cookies stay so soft and chewy even a few days later. Delicious!
