Mix butter and agave until well blended then add the flour. Mix well. Dough should be thick and should not stick to your hands. Roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until just starting to turn golden. This recipe does not make a lot of cookies-especially if you like to use big cookie cutters. If you are planning to use this recipe to make a lot of Christmas cookies, you will want to double the recipe.
