Blend together butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda; mix well. Place half the batter into a greased tube pan. Sprinkle with topping; add remaining batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for one hour. Invert onto a serving platter; dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Tip: If you’re craving sweet s’mores but it’s raining outside, you can still enjoy this ooey-gooey treat. Instead of toasted marshmallows, use marshmallow creme on graham crackers along with a square of chocolate. Microwave on medium-high setting, just long enough to melt the chocolate. Yum!
