In a small bowl, combine sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, lemon zest and one teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate. In a medium bowl, toss together quartered strawberries and mixed berries with remaining sugar and one to 2 teaspoons lemon juice; refrigerate. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, 20 to 30 seconds at a time, until chocolate just starts to melt; stir until smooth. With a pastry brush, paint insides of cones with melted chocolate; place on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes. To serve, stand cones in narrow glasses. Place a dollop of sour cream mixture in each cone; fill with berry mixture. Top with another dollop of sour cream mixture and garnish with a whole strawberry.
Tip: Dip the tops of ice cream cones in melted chocolate, then roll in jimmies, mini chocolate chips or crushed candy. Filled with scoops of ice cream, these cones make any treat extra special!
