Place milk, baking cocoa and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, butter, oats and vanilla. Mix well. Cool until stiff enough to drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool.
Tip: When making a favorite cookie recipe, shake it up a bit to create something new. If a recipe calls for peanuts, try chocolate-covered peanuts, or toss in mint chocolate or peanut butter chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
