1. Heat oven to 400°. Place squash halves cut sides up in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 inches.
2. Mix remaining ingredients spoon into squash. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until squash in tender.
