TO MAKE THE BURGERS: In a large bowl combine the burger ingredients, mixing gently with your hands. Form into four equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick each.
TO MAKE THE SAUCE: In a small bowl mix together the sauce ingredients.
Grill the patties over Direct Medium heat until fully cooked but still juicy and the internal temperature reaches 170°F, 12 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time. Grill the pineapple slices over Direct Medium heat until well marked, about 5 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling time, brush the patties and pineapple with the sauce for a nice tangy glaze. Grill the cut side of the rolls over Direct Medium heat until toasted, about 30 seconds.
Serve the patties warm on the toasted rolls with the grilled pineapple rings and the sauce.
