Chocolate Mangos & Ginger

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) package semi-sweet baking chocolate
10 pieces crystallized ginger
10 slices dried mangos
2 tablespoons peanut oil

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Pour peanut oil into small plastic bottle.

2. Place mango and ginger into Ziploc bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Fill a pan 3/4 full with water; place on stove over medium heat.

2. Place chocolate in metal cup or small pot in pan (this prevents chocolate from burning).

3. Pour in peanut oil; stir until chocolate melts.

4. Dip each slice of mango and ginger into chocolate, eating as a fondue.

Fun Fact:The "helve" of an axe is the handle.
