1. Place all of the ingredients except the water in a food processor and mix until fully combined. Add the water 1 or 2 tablespoons at a time until the desired consistency is reached. You may need to stop the food processor several times to scrape down the sides.
2. Use the dressing immediately, or transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
