1. Put both types of seaweed in a medium bowl. Add cool water to the bowl until the seaweed is just covered. Let soak for 1 hour, or until the seaweed is soft.
2. Drain the seaweed in a colander and pat it dry with a paper towel.
3. Coarsely chop the seaweed and place it back in the bowl. Toss with the dressing.
4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and scallions over the top of the salad and serve.
For a Change . . .
* Sprinkle 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds over the top of the salad.
