1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach and the dressing. Let marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the salad and serve.

* Sprinkle any or all of the following on the top of the salad: 1/2 cup diced scallions, 1/2 cup diced jicama, or 1/2 cup diced red or orange peppers.
