1. Remove the skins from the bananas and place each banana on a serving plate. Cut the bananas on a slight diagonal into 1-inch slices.
2. Drizzle the honey over the bananas, then top each banana with a dusting of cinnamon. Set the bananas aside.
3. To make the cream, place the cashews in a food processor and pulse until they are a fine powder. Add the orange juice and honey nectar and continue to pulse until well-blended.
4. Place a dollop of cream on each banana and serve.

* In addition to, or instead of, bananas, use 2 mangos cut into 1/2-inch cubes; 2 very ripe pears cut into 1/2-inch wedges; or 1 cup fresh seasonal berries.
