1. Slice the cucumber.
2. Julienne the bell pepper.
3. Slice the tomato, then cut each slice in half.
4. Thinly slice a red onion. Cut each slice in half, then peel them apart.
5. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl along with the remaining ingredients, including the dressing. Toss and serve.
