Toss together cabbage and carrot in a large bowl; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk cream and vinegar together. Add salt and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Chill.
Tip: Napkins are a must at cookouts! Cloth napkins are so much nicer than paper ones…make napkin rings of grapevine and hot glue a different button or charm on each.
