Curried Ramen and Rice

Ingredients

1 envelope boil-in-a-bag brown rice
1 package ramen noodle
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup chopped Chinese parsley
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Boil rice in boiling water; drain pot and empty rice packet back into pot; cover to keep warm. Break up ramen noodles while still in package with hands. Open package, remove spice package, and mix crushed noodles with cooked brown rice. The heat of the rice cooks the noodles. Add spice packet, curry powder, parsley, and raisins. Great hot or cold.
