Enchilada Soup

Ingredients

1 (9-ounce) package frozen cooked southwetern-flavored chicken strips, thawed
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10-ounce) can mild enchilada sauce
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Chop chicken strips. In large saucepan, combine chicken strips with soup, enchilada sauce, milk, and cheese. Cook over medium heat till heated and cheese is melted. May be topped with crushed tortilla chips, if desired.
