Bring water and milk to a boil in large saucepan. Stir in macaroni (reserve cheese sauce) and vegetables. Return to a boil, then simmer 10–12 minutes or until macaroni is soft. Add Velveeta and pouch of cheese sauce; stir until well blended.
Editor's Extra: If you can't find frozen seasoning blend, you can make up your own mix of chopped onions, bell peppers, celery, and parsley.
