Make a dressing from the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, dry mustard, dill weed, salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and blue cheese to the above mixture. Pour over beans and marinate two hours before serving. Add the green onions and cucumber and toss lightly.
