Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a medium bowl, or mix in a blender, if you prefer. Adjust seasoning to taste, and drizzle over mixed fresh fruits and greens.
Note: The Avocado Dressing also goes well with cold chicken or turkey; and, if you omit the honey and add half a minced garlic clove, it partners beautifully with cold shrimp or scallops, or a bowl of summer vegetables.
