Pat moisture off flounder and arrange half in bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish. Drain mushrooms and save juice. Mix mushrooms with onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, and 3 tablespoons mushroom juice. Spread mixture on fillets and dot with butter. Place remaining fillets on top. Mix milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice well and spread on top of fish. Garnish with paprika. Bake in 375° oven for 40 minutes.
