This is the best Impossibly Easy Chicken and Broccoli Pie recipe on the web!!_ (10-ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained _ 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 ounces) _ cup cut-up cooked chicken _ medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) ___ cup Original Bisquick® _ cup milk ___ teaspoon salt ___ teaspoon pepper _ eggs 1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. 2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. 3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Heat oven to 425°. Increase first bake time to 33 to 38 minutes.
