Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tins with paper baking cups. In a large bowl, combine oat bran, wheat flour, flaxseed meal, wheat bran, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a blender, blend oil, eggs, oranges, yogurt, and brown sugar until mixed well. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Garnish with orange zest.
