Sue's Blender Salsa


Serves: 32
Total Calories: 5

Ingredients

3 cups tomatoes ends or seeded tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red or yellow onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and deveined
V-8 vegetable juice as needed
2 to 3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and add just enough V-8 to allow ingredients to blend. Continue blending until smooth. You can add more or less peppers to spice as hot or mild as you like.
