Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and bell pepper. Stir. Add 2 tablespoons flour, and mix thoroughly. Add chicken broth and chicken. Cook on low heat 10 minutes. Beat eggs and add sour cream and add to mixture. Add pimentos. Heat (do not boil). Add salt and pepper and sherry. Serve in pastry or on rice.
