Homemade Boursin

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 Cracked black or lemon pepper seasoning

Directions:

Blend cream cheese with garlic, basil, caraway, dill weed, and chives. Pat into a round flat shape. Roll on all sides (lightly) in cracked black pepper or lemon pepper. Make a few days ahead. Serve with assorted crackers.
