In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream, milk, curry powder, garlic powder, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Reserve 1 tablespoon cooked bacon pieces for garnish. Stir remaining bacon and chives into cream cheese mixture. Thin with additional milk to desired consistency. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, garnish with reserved bacon. Serve with chips, crackers. Melba toast or vegetables.
