In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Beat in chutney, sour cream and curry powder until blended. At low speed, gradually beat in Monterey Jack cheese until blended, scraping bowl as needed.
Spread mixture in a 10-inch decorative pie plate. Evenly layer in order, crumbled bacon, raisins, coconut, green onions, then peanuts. Serve or loosely cover and chill up to 4 hours.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, bacon curl or parsley sprigs if desired. Serve at room temperature with crackers or pita bread.
