Sesame-Orange Salad

Ingredients

2 heads lettuce torn up
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
4 green onions sliced
2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin orange segments drained
1 cucumber medium, sliced
Dressing:
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup French salad dressing
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In skillet, toast sesame seeds until lightly browned set aside. Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, cheese, sugar, vinegar and salt add sesame seeds. Combine lettuce, green pepper and onions. Arrange lettuce mixture, orange sections and cucumber in salad bowl. Pour salad dressing over this and toss lightly before serving.

Note: You may not need all of the dressing.
