Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon capers drained and finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
2 tablespoons gherkins, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon onion grated
1 1/2 tablespoons parsley chopped

Directions:

In mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or part plain yogurt), capers, Dijon mustard, gherkins, lemon juice, onion, and parsley. Serve at room temperature. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
