In medium-size skillet, melt the butter or margarine and sauté onions, peppers and celery for about 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add the tuna (in medium chunks), shrimp and lemon juice mix well and heat through. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise and mix, without breaking up too much. Spoon into individual, small shallow serving shells or dishes, or into a 1-quart, buttered oven casserole. Top with mixture of crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter or margarine. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly, in a 350° oven.
