Rocker M Bread Roll*

Ingredients

2 cups hot water
1/3 cup sugar
2 packages dry yeast
2/3 cup butter
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 ounces spinach
sun dried tomato
Italian seasoning
sesame seeds

Directions:

Combine water, sugar, yeast and butter. Let bloom 15 minutes. Add flour let rest 15 minutes. Add wheat flour, let rise 30 minutes. Punch down. Sauté spinach. Push dough flat, cover with butter, spinach, tomatoes, and Italian seasonings. Roll dough jelly roll style. Top with butter and sesame seeds. Place ring in a bundt pan and let rise 45 to 50 minutes in a warm draft free place. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
