Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed to combine. Increase speed to medium; beat for 5 full minutes. At first it won’t look much like frosting, but keep the mixer going for the full 5 minutes. Makes enough to frost a 2-layer cake or a 13"x9" sheet cake.
