Capt'n's Choice Fish Sandwich


Serves: 5

Ingredients

4 frozen breaded catfish (or flounder or tilapia) fillets
1 tablespoon oil
4 sesame seed buns, split
tartar sauce
lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles

Directions:

Lightly fry fish fillets in oil until golden brown and flaky inside. Toast split buns lightly and spread tartar sauce on one side. Place fish fillet on tartar sauce and top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and bun top.

Editor's Extra:
May put a spoonful of ready-made coleslaw on top of fish fillet instead of lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
