Griddle Pizza Sandwiches

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, softened
6 slices wheat bread
1 (15-ounce) can chili, warmed
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 - 1 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Butter bread on both sides. Toast bread on a greased griddle until lightly browned on one side. Turn; quickly spoon 1/4 cup chili on each slice. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top each with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce and 3 table - spoons cheese. Cook until bottom turns golden brown and cheese melts.
