In a large pot, cook spaghetti until al dente drain. Sauté onions in cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into 2 freezer bags, label and freeze.
To serve, place thawed mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered in preheated 350° F oven until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes. If desired, top with bread crumbs and grated cheese during final 15 minutes of cooking time.
