Combine first 4 ingredients in a large freezer bag. Add beef, seal, and shake to cover. Label and freeze.
To serve, thaw meat. Remove from marinade place on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 425° F for 50 minutes. Bring marinade and 2 tablespoons water to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Baste the roast with the some of the boiled marinade occasionally. Slice meat spoon boiled marinade over.
