Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl until dough forms. Cover; let stand for 30 minutes. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out dough with a round cookie cutter or other desired shape; arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes, just until golden. Let cool on baking sheet; store in an airtight container.
